NOPA REMODEL

Working under tight deadlines for design, permitting, and move-in, we completed a deep remodel of this classic 1500 square foot, 3-bedroom residence just north of Golden Gate Park.  Our design added modern conveniences while preserving the traditional Edwardian details from 1910.  

We performed a thorough upgrade of the home’s systems including all new electrical wiring and plumbing, and installed in-floor heating and a ductless heat pump system with six zones to efficiently regulate the temperature in each room.  We remodeled the kitchen and existing bathroom, and added a half-bathroom and in-unit laundry to serve the needs of a young family of four.

On behalf of the entire building, we also performed a 400A service upgrade with PG&E and repainted the exterior with color consultation from Erin Owes.
