ROSAL REMODEL

Centered around a kitchen remodel, this broad project involved reimagining the flow through the house to the rear yard, adding a new full bathroom, eliminating a redundant hallway to enlarge a bedroom, and adding new rear deck. In the process we installed thirteen new windows and exterior doors, performed structural upgrades, replaced all of the plumbing and electrical in the house, upgraded the electrical service to the house, and installed perimeter drainage.
